Tuesday - Sept 8th

Today has been a good day. And getting back into the swing proved to be easier than I thought. I even walked 2.5 miles at the mall even though my friends all bailed.

Bill is working late so the girls and I were on our own for dinner. I heated up some frozen white bean chicken chili. I also make extra when I cook soups/stews and freeze the leftovers. So it was easy to go & pick out a quick dinner. And actually not bad calorie wise.

WTR: 80 ounces

Brkfst:
1 Cup cheerios & 1/2 C milk = 155
coffee & creamer = 20

Am Snack:
1/4 C almond trail mix = 140

Lunch:
2 Whole Wheat tortias = 160
2 oz pastrami = 80
2 slices turkey = 60

Afternoon Snack:

1 Arbonne WL chew = 30
18 Costco Pretzels = 130
1 String cheese = 80

Dinner:
White Bean Chicken Chili, 1.5 serving 342



1/4 Cup Low Fat shred Cheddar Cheese, 0.25 serving 20



Cornbread-Marie Calendar's, 1.5 serving 225



Honey, 0.25 tbsp 16



Dinner TOTALS: 603





PM Snack: 1/4 C LF shred cheese = 80
1 WW sammy = 100
Candy bar = 180



Total: 1798
