Wednesday was weigh in & also the famous 9-9-09! Do you know we will never have a single digit day like this again??? Crazy huh?
So at weigh in we have made it to the half way mark = 6weeks. (I have only been in it 5wks) And we took our measurements again. I have lost 5inches in 5wks, 1 inch around my hips alone!! And.....drum roll please...........................I lost 3.6lbs this week!!! And I tied for the biggest loser. That is the 2ND time I have been the Biggest Loser. It felt good to get those results. It brought a huge smile to my face for sure.
My total weight loss for the 5weeks so far is 10.4 lbs! And as a group, 7 women, we have lost 43lbs & 37 inches!!!! Pretty good don't ya think?
On with the cal count for the day......................................I had done good all day but I did have some ice cream & a cookie last night...Ya know to celebrate my big win ;o)
WTR: 96 ounces
Brkfst: Coffee & Creamer = 40
2 egg whites & 1 whole egg = 109
1 WW pita pocket = 150
1/2 C onions, peppers & mushrooms = 40
1 Tsp LF cheddar cheese = 20
Am Snack:
Lunch: 1/2 C turkey chili = 275
2 Rice cakes = 70
2 Tsp P.Butter = 60
Afternoon Snack: 1/2 of a protein bar = 135
Dinner: 40z of Top Loin Steak (new york) = 225
2 red potato's = 120
sauteed zucinni, onions & green peppers = 56
1/2 C steamed broccoli = 27
PM Snack: Herbalife protein drink = 35
1 Costco molasses cookie = 296 (not sure on cal content of cookie, I am estimating)
1/2 C vanilla ice cream = 160
Total: 1818
