Day 2

This morning I woke up refreshed & ready for the day.....well, not exactly ready for the day...but almost. I had decided to get up early to read my Bible but one of my nameless children decided otherwise. So much for getting in some quiet time with the Lord. At least he knows my heart and that I was trying.

I did make it to the YMCA today for my friends Back to Basics Aerobics class. She got me in on a guest pass. Since we aren't members of the Y. I long to be, but the prices of memberships would cost you your first born are expensive. Did I mention that I am trying to exercise at home since we had to give up our gym membership? I have plenty of videos/DVDs & their is the Exercise channel on the on demand section of our cable. Keep your fingers crossed for me in this department.

Anyways, lets get on with my calories for the day


WTR: 136 ounces

Brkfst:
4 egg white veggie omelet = 147
egg whites (68)
1/4 C broccoli (12)
1 mushroom (5)
5 cut strips of Orange bell pepper (7)
2 1/2 TBSP of shred cheese (55)

1 C Cantaloupe = 57
1 whole wheat sandwich bun (100)
1/2 TBSP ICBNB (35)
(I Can't Believe Its Not Butter)
Cup of Coffee, w/2TBSP sugar & splash of NF milk = 84

Here is a picture of my scrumptious breakfast - that kept me satisfied until after 12:30pm


Am Snack:


Lunch:
1 string cheese = 80
Arbonne Chocolate Protein Shake w/ 1 TBSP of P.Butter = 260


Afternoon Snack:
South Beach chocolate protein bar = 140


Dinner:
Baked Chicken Thigh = 160
1 C Brown Rice = 216
Sauted Vegtables (g.bell pepper, onions,zucinni & garlic) = 50


PM Snack:
Lucerne Fudge bar = 100
